Olives

The "Nocellara del Belice" is a D.O.P. medium-large in size and spheroidal shape with an intense green color, its weight varies between 5 and 7gr., has a firm and crunchy pulp that easily detaches from the stone and a slightly sweet and sour taste.

Its organoleptic characteristics make it, in the opinion of expert, one of the most prized table olives in the world. All our olives are hand-picked, selected and processed within 24 hours, and are available in different types:

Green olives:

- Whole sweet in brine: ideal for cocktails or aperitif in general.

- Crushed and seasoned: with a strong flavor and accompanied by the scents of the Mediterranean (parsley, oregano, garlic, chili pepper, extra virgin olive oil), they are ideal as an appetizer or as a side dish during cold dinners.

- Cut or crushed in brine: they are preserved in brine (water and salt) and after draining, they can be seasoned to your liking with carrots, celery, capers, oregano etc.

Black olives:

- Black olives baked in oil: they are baked and added with extra virgin olive oil, they are suitable as side dishes, to season cold dishes but also on focaccia, pizza and pasta dishes.

- Black olives baked in brine: after being baked, they are packaged with water and salt, ideal for use in the kitchen or as a side dish during cold dinners.

Pitted olives:

- Pitted greens in brine: perfect for your aperitifs, ideal in the kitchen to season your dishes.

- Sweet pitted greens in oil: ready to eat, excellents as an appetizer.

- Pitted greens in oil: excellent for enriching your tasty salads.
